6:00am – Thephassadin Stadium – Thai Indian Runners enjoyed a morning RUNNING CLINIC session with an ex-national runner and a certified Coach Deaw. He represented Thailand at the 3000m steeple chase in Sea Games. He has won countless of podium finishes in road and trail runnings. It was definitely worth every minute to ensure our runners run better in time and form.

Later this morning, after the Running Clinic session, Thai Indian Runners hosted a Breakfast Party for members and Indian Association of Thailand committees also joined to honour the lucky draw winners at Indian Hut Restaurant. What a yummy desi treat. 馃 馃構
